Queens Park Rangers winger Daniel Bennie has joined Dundee United on a season-long loan. The 20-year-old Hong Kong-born forward, who moved to QPR from Perth Glory in 2024, will now spend the 2026-27 season in Scotland.
Bennie, who has made 32 appearances for QPR since joining in 2024, is known for his pace and direct style of play. Dundee United manager Jim Goodwin praised the winger's versatility, saying, "Daniel will provide another option for us and add real strength and depth as we head into the season."
The loan move allows Bennie to gain more regular first-team experience while continuing his development. Bennie himself expressed excitement about the opportunity, stating, "This is such a huge club and it felt like, at this stage of my career, it is the best move to keep developing my craft on loan."
Bennie will look to make an immediate impact for Dundee United, with his former Perth Glory teammate Josh Rawlins already at the club. The winger's familiarity with some of his new teammates could help him settle in quickly as United prepare for the upcoming season.
