Charlton's U18s came from behind to secure a 2-0 victory over Queens Park Rangers in a thrilling match. The young Addicks created a flurry of chances to open the scoring in the first half, but it was the hosts who struck first just before the half-hour mark. Josh Wright rose highest at the back post to head home from a corner, giving QPR the lead.

Charlton Complete Turnaround in Second Half

Raynon Richman completed the turnaround for Charlton three minutes from full time with a superb strike. Weaving his way past the QPR back line, he unleashed a powerful effort that flew beyond Kasey Taylor in goal, leaving Jason Pearce's side coming away from West London with all three points.
